Rates

When you out sourcing with Virtual Office Solutions, you are not responsible for employee taxes, benefits, breaks or vacation. By hiring a Virtual Assistant on a contractual basis you are saving at least 50% in compensation, not to mention that you only pay a VA when you need them.  A full-time employee does not necessarily mean full productivity. A 40-hour week for an employee could equal 20 hours for a virtual assistant. A virtual assistant does not charge for idle time, sick or vacation. .

Rates
The fee will be determined by the type of work to be performed and the level of complexity of the project. Clients that need our services on a continuous basis will enjoy discounted rates, see Retainers Available below.
 
Billing
We bill for the exact time necessary to complete the job. We do not believe in billing in timed increments. The customer pays only for the only exact time!
 
Per Project or Assignment Only
Need a special one-time project completed? Or perhaps you just need an extra pair of helping hands occasionally. No problem, we offer special rates just for these times. A one-hour minimum is charged per project.

Retainers Available
Clients can take advantage of our retainer packages each month. Additional hours are provided at the same discounted rate and we guarantee availability of those hours. Unlike most other VA's, unused retainer hours are automatically rolled over for the next month's usage with the following paid retainer month. We understand that sometimes business is slow and we wouldn't want our customers to lose their time paid.

Retainers are our preferred method as it allows us to be a virtual partner, budget our time and therefore guaranteeing our availability to our clients and enables us to continually get to know your business and needs so our assistance can be more effective.

Retainer payments are due on the 1st or 15th of the month on a continuous basis. The client can decide which date works best for them.

Additional Charges
Clients will be billed at cost for materials necessary in order to complete their projects. These include, but are not limited to, printing, shipping costs, shipping materials, postage, and travel. All specifics pertaining to the client situation are always outlined in the client agreement.
 
Payments accepted
Checks by fax, phone or traditionally mailed in, money orders and credit cards accepted. Any returned checks will be charged a $30 processing bank fee.
